Got around to building my PC. tried this cable in the power supply and it tripped my mains power to the house. I have another cable I used and it works fine.

Didn't work

This replaced a 2nd monitor power cable that got lost in a move. A good price and works as it should. If I need a new one I will use this supplier again..

I needed a new connector for my desk top monitor. This was OK in many respects but it did not fit tightly into the socket on the monitor and kept falling out. I couldn't push it in far enough. Unfortunately I had to return it and, so far, I have not received a refund.

I actually ordered the wrong cable for my monitor so have not been able to use it but that is my fault so I will try my best to review this anyway. I attached a picture of it in the bag and out for reference, I hope they are helpful, the bag is creased in the pic because I put it in my drawer, it didn't arrive like that. It arrived in good time, looks sturdy and a good length for a cable, it is in great condition and looks like it would work great, also contains a small info paper about the company which is helpful for finding other products. It comes in a plastic bag (as pictured) and has a cover over the plug part so no worries about it arriving damaged or anything. Apologies I can’t review it more since it doesn't fit but as I said that is no fault of the company, so I wanted to give a good review nonetheless.

I always like StarTech branded cables, good quality, decent price, just works!

An important part of my new self-build pc desktop is to have the knowledge that the power supply is through a safe cable and this item is just that. Excellent kit.

As described works perfect

This is a simple replacement for any laptop power supply with the standard female connector. I swapped out my US one for this and it has worked flawlessly.

The cable can not be used for a pressure cooker. It does not specify the voltage of the cable. "Teso SUPERIOR QUALITY CABLE CONNECECTION" is only written on it. I used it for a pressure cooker, the cable started to melt.

Its good quality arrived fast just what I needed.
