Is this the one that smells with hint of lime and apple?

It's a fresh musky smell if that helps!

Can someone please tell me if this is suitable for a wet/dry electric razor? Thanks

I don't know how well this would work as I haven't tried this with my wet/dry electric razor but it is quite thick and creamy and think it would choke up the blades. Possibly if it was applied thinner it might work. I might give it a try and come back to this question.

the packaging visible as seen in the image... if you mean is the lather visible yes it's white. It's also very average performing.

do you need a shaving brush to create the lather? Or rub it on with fingers like a foam?

You can create the lather with your hands or use a brush.
