Thanks.** A: It is better to use first morning urine as this is more concentrated and thus will give a truer result. It is ok to use urine at other times of day too but you should make sure that the urine is not too diluted as you may get false negatives. **Q: Am i reading it right that the highest Creatinine level is perfectly ok ?** A: Hi Lorraine It's a long time since I used it but would it not be the gold one of the Cretinine at 10 (0.1) 09 - That's the smallest number so I woukd say that's ok The protein at the top the first one pale green is negative - If in doubt Google it that's what I do - hope this helps x **Q: is this easy to read or is it a bit complicated as i have found with some ,** A: Difficult to answer, because I would need to know what my true reading should have been to know that I read it correctly. I found the home test kit easy to use, but it did, of course, require some careful reading of the instructions to be certain that I was using as intended. That wasn't an obstacle to use, simply a sensible precaution. Each test was very quick to perform and reading the result was easy to check and made easier if the strip was held adjacent to the colour chart as the colour tone developed, so making it better to conclude the final level of the test units at the one minute conclusion. The results over four strips were repeatable for each substance tested only varying a little with time of day as predicted in the write up supplied. It's accuracy, of course, can only be checked by some reference standard, but the consistency did give some confidence.
