Start a Bulletproof Lifestyle with this book.
Already wrote a review for the diet book, saying to buy both together to fully follow the Bulletproof lifestyle. The recipes are tasty and the four I’ve tried are quick and simple. For example the Kale Carbonara the only skill required is cracking and separating an egg so not difficult as a reviewer said. Originally followed the recommendation of Tom Watson the ex-Labour Deputy Leader. It was a good recommendation. Had the Bulletproof Coffee and was fuelled until I had a late lunch at 3 without hunger. Also not too expensive. For example 2 cucumbers 50p 5 avocados £1 from a market stall. Many days of chilled soup and guacamole. Eat to the season and check out the reduced cabinet for grass-fed named breed mince like Aberdeen Angus from Tesco and Hereford from Co-op. It’s doable if you’re flexible in your meal plans. No liver. A big omission as that’s a nutrition powerhouse, but in the first book Mr Asprey says he doesn’t like liver. Lots of alternative recipes for comfort food treats. Brought second hand - impeccable condition.

BEAUTIFUL Photos! GREAT Food!
After starting the Bulletproof Diet a month ago, my family loved the change in energy and mental performance (not to mention the dropped pounds). However, our cooking choices were lacking the creativity that we usually enjoyed before Bulletproof. Enter Bulletproof: The Cookbook. First, we bought it on Kindle and tested some of the recipes. After 3 big hits (god we love the Hangar Steak), the entire family wanted to get in on the cooking fun! It seemed the best thing to do was outfit the kitchen with a physical book. WOW, what a difference seeing beautiful photos can make! We've already started earmarking the recipes we love, and the ones we're ready to try next. Now it's like the complete lifestyle package–better mental, physical, and emotional performance PLUS incredibly tasty food. Dave really does deliver the most cutting edge information and delicious recipes. We plan on being Bulletproof for life!

Easy to follow healthy recipes....
Impressive collection of fairly simple-to-make healthy recipes. Worth every penny. I’ve cleared many of my old cookery books out and this one is now my favourite. I’ve already got hooked on the Bulletproof coffee. If health through nutrition is your concern, I’d recommend this highly. Word of warning though - it’s meant for an American audience so I’ve had to anglicise the recipes i.e. the oven temps are all in farenheight and some of the vegetables are in the American form eg: rutabaga, which is swede in the UK. A small inconvenience and soon sorted with a pencil. 👍

Get a real cookbook, not this "advert masquerading as a cookbook"...
"Based on what evidence" was what I was thinking when I was reading the book. It could have done with lists of sources for his claims, some of which shows his lack of knowledge about certain subjects. GMO springs to mind immediately. It would be really useful if the author had provided sound reasoning and evidence for his assertions other than "Toxins bad" (we know this) and "Hey, it felt good to eat this thing" (Fair, I eat things that feel good too) and "Hey buy my stuff, buy all the Bulletproof stuff"...Jus' sayin'...It really felt like a glorified ad for his bulletproof products. Which is fine, if that is what it is.I gave it two stars because it does have recipes in it, and he does recommend some things that are accurate, such as eating organic and local. Other than that, not really worth getting, get a proper cook book like "Feeding Hannibal" instead. It will be much more satisfying.

Unfortunately when it did arrive several of the pages were damaged nothing major its annoying when you pay for something it does
The book arrived early which was a bonus. Unfortunately when it did arrive several of the pages were damaged nothing major its annoying when you pay for something it doesn't turn up on a decent condition. The book is a good read with some great ideas, how closely you follow it will be down to you.

Nice but very confusing.
Nice cook book, well written, but what a shame that it only uses american measure units and unnecessarily long ingredients names (like 'upgraded, mould free, something something vanilla powder like Bulletproof VanillaMax' or thereabout). Dificulties don't end there - some products are meant to be powders but we only have them in solid or liquid form in the UK, so measurements are on spoons instead gramms - wqhere it could have easily been both. Some other veg ingredients are oddly named for the UK market.

As expected.
Arrived on time and in good condition, postman actually posted it through letter box which makes a change as anything bigger than a pack of playing cards is left at post office depot.Would have been better if the book had an illustration of every recipe when explaining how to cook it.Otherwise just as I expected.
