Cheesecloth Unbleached 36 Sq Ft Food Grade 90 HIGHEST Butter Muslin Quality for Strainer and Filter Bags

I bought this food grade cheesecloth for making curd. It is a very large piece that will last a long time. I only needed a small piece to place the curd in and wring it out over a pot. This has worked well and is a good quality cheesecloth.It is a better grade than my precious piece of cheesecloth which is good but it does mean that it is slightly more work filtering out the liquid from the curd.I would recommend it and there is enough cheesecloth to use on a few occasions. It is unbleached and free from any chemicals.

It states they are food grade but there are bits in it which end up in every cheese I've made using these. Plus, one gentle hand wash & they've got bigger holes than a colander

I use this for making cream cheese, making riccotta cheese, I use it as a jar cover when I'm clabbering milk and I use it as covers my home made yoghurts. It's a very good quality, I wash and re-use and I recommend it as a good all round cheese cloth of high quality

Bought for an art project to glue things onto and did the job perfectly. Lots of cloth for the price, and the fabric is soft with a good tight weave. Far superior to the cook's choice brand - this cheesecloth is more like a linen while cook's choice is more like an open netting. The long edges are also surged, so the only raw edges are the 2 shorter ends.

Fantastic product used when baking and basting as an alternative to nasty al-foil. Also used during the making of my cosmetics to strain.. not yet used for making actual cheese, but for the purposes i use it for, it's fantastic! Fast delivery and great service

Good quality cloth at a decent price for the amount you get. I've used it for getting ginger extract and it filtered perfectly and stood up to a fair amount of twisting and squeezing. It'll probably last me for years.

I've been using just a small segment of this cloth over and over again to strain yoghurt to create Labneh. The results are fantastic and the durability of this product make it well worth the price over the long term.

Great stuff. Used in replacement of a juicer' and although it's a little messier - it does a better job than my £120 juicer does, meaning more juice, better tasting and no bits. Plenty left for next fast.
