I purchased one of these and was so impressed with it, that I got a second to use after my first use. I have now been using both together and creating candles at a fast pace for over a week. while one set of wax is melting, i am cleaning the other after a pour and setting up ready to make a new small batch or large item.At 16cm, it is not massively big, but it is just the right size for my purpose.

Was a little worried about what we would receive, having seen a number of reviews stating only one pan arrived. However, we did in fact get exactly what was shown, which was exactly what we wanted. My wife uses it for candle-making, & it's a vast improvement on the Heath Robinson efforts she tried before (her own dodgy two-pan version of a 'boiler'). Works extremely well & has had a lot of use - she's very pleased with it. Price was fine - good value for money.

Very good sturdy quality not too big makes the most beautiful porridge will minimul stirring, just put your porridge and water in the top pan give it a stir put the lid on, fill the bottom pan with water switch on low and forget, perfect porridge in 20 minutes no sticking to the pan no. lumps and lovely and creamy. Best thing I've bought this year. If you like real porridge get one of these.

Bought this double boiler for my candle company for when I am making small candles and wax melts. Put your water in the bottom pot and then wax in the top pot. Melts perfectly and its so easy to clean! Will probably end up buying another soon for my partner and step daughter for when they do baking and stuff like that.

Still really tricky to clean scrambled egg off, which is what I bought it for

My first impression was that this porridge R it looked cheap however I am delighted to say that it makes delicious porridge every time and is easy to wash up. I have also used it as a very satisfactory double boiler so would definitely recommend.
