Great for a good workout and venting some anger. The only downside is that I had to replace the bolts almost straight away as they are too weak to hold a punch bag of this weight into a brick wall (seriously though, like 5 punches and they came lose- and this punchbag isn't even that heavy!). The boxing gloves weren't of great quality either but that doesn't bother me since I don't really use them anyway.
