I have an old injury and because I walk so much it often gets inflamed and I get that "marble under the foot" sensation, like the small bones are displaced somehow. I've started sleeping with these on whenever I feel the inflammation coming on. Since I started using them I've been waking up without foot pain, for the first time in years. I don't understand how, but they gently realign the bones and tendons back where they should be. And they're super soft and squishy: very soothing for sore, tired feet.

If you’ve got half an hour to waste trying to figure out how to fit the poorly made silicone then fine be. No instructions / diagrams to explain which way to use. Big toe and next two can be fitted but smaller toes are just a waste of space. I hate to admit defeat but these need to go in the bin!

I wore these separators for a few hours and it hurts. The instructions also say that they should be worn for one hour. This was confusing. After several hours, my toes hurt and now, I wear them for about 2 hours and then remove them. I have been wearing them for almost 3 weeks now, but as I said they do hurt if you wear them for a long time. I wash them daily and wear them, so in terms of quality, they are good.

Although these feel comfortable I have only worn them for half a day and the silicone is already splitting. I only have size 4 feet so that can't be the cause!Pls can you replace....I have a photo.

I had a problem with my second little toe, it was going on top of the other one and was giving me troubles while jogging. I have a fairly big toe and it fits well, very adaptable, that was a bit my concern. Now its the second day and I find it really comfortable. Highly recommendable for its value and price. Thanks.

Absolutely impossible to get on ones toes at a price quadruple that of other similar products.

Ich trage die Zehenspreizer tagsüber und beim Sport in Barfußschuhen und auch beim Barfußlaufen regelmäßig. Dadurch verbessert sich der Abrollvorgang und auch der Hallux valgus hat sich verringert. Ich kann dieses Produkt absolut weiterempfehlen. Wichtig sind langsames Eingewöhnen und regelmäßige Anwendung bei Aktivität.
