Just started using this product and I really like it. I'm not sure you can go into too much details when reviewing a toothbrush... I mean I haven't had any splinters and my teeth didn't go black from the charcoal... :)On a practical note I like the simple (small head) design and its not too soft for me - my teeth feel cleaner and happily I can stop using unnecessary plastic. Would buy again and at the very least probably won't revert to a plastic brush again.

OMG!
OMG! I've had these 2 days and I'm in love! I wish I had taken a picture of my teeth before my first use. Apologies in advance for the TMI, but ... the first time I brushed my teeth with these, a whole bunch of yellow stuck came out of my mouth. I checked my teeth and they were visibly whiter. I couldn't believe it. I've brushed my teeth 4 times so far and my teeth just keep getting whiter and whiter. I'm in awe!!The bristles are somewhat soft, but do the job. AND I am doing my part to save the planet. WIN-WIN all around, YAY!

What a great product. They tick the box with me as we're actively trying to reduce the amount of plastic we buy & use.I can feel smug at least twice a day now that i'm doing something else, however tiny, to save the planet.I won't go back to plastic toothbrushes ever.

Saving the world, a toothbrush at a time
Would prefer firmer bristles - the first one only lasted half as long as my last plastic brush did! - but I got a box of 4, which means I'm OK for a while (and it makes the cost much more reasonable). Looking forward to this becoming a mainstream product available in supermarkets, it makes complete environmental sense, and the only real issue is the durability of the bristles for the cost. Several friends are interested too after seeing mine. Will buy again :-)

Say no to plastic! :-)
These feel a lot nicer than I expected, so in terms of performance, I give it 5-stars. However, I think there was too much cardboard packaging for an eco-product: each toothbrush is packaged individually then there's another branded cardboard box for all of them, plus the Amazon box too. It would be nice if they had different markings on them. My partner and I are both using them and I tried writing our initials on them but they've already washed out.

Nice set of toothbrushes
Very nice set of toothbrushes. Completely devoid of any plastic packaging- each toothbrush is wrapped in a paper envelope to ensure it does not come into contact with the other toothbrushes/ the box.Bristles are not too stiff but clean your teeth.

Soft bristles but firm enough to clean properly
These don't have plastic packaging, (unlike another make with brown bristles I have bought more of more cheaply on here whose bristles were too soft to fully clean teeth so will be going in the compost heap). I always previously used the 'soft' bristled version plastic toothbrushes (as even medium ones instantly made my gums sore and therefore couldn't finish cleaning my teeth despite using gently). Despite these 4 in a pack seeming firmer to the touch, are soft enough and kind on the gums and easily last the three months fine and more for me as I use an electric toothbrush in the morning, bamboo at night: they each can reach where the other can't. I occasionally use charcoal powder to lighten the tanin stains on my teeth, so the black bristles dont appear stained. [I also drink a desert spoon of apple cider vinegar in warm squash before I clean teeth/ go to bed (good for reducing blood sugar, reduces the swelling around my knee joints (cycling to works helps too), reduces arthrititic pain in toe joints) and my dentist says my teeth have never been cleaner/less tartar to remove]. So I am re-ordering these fine brushes: highly recommended.

Honest quality
The bristles area soft enough to get between your teeth and firm enough to clean them. The handles are slender but easy to grip, the head is small enough to get all around your mouth. And there are no rough edges and no splinters to poke holes in your gums either. There’s nothing silly or gimmicky here, just good, high quality toothbrushes.
