Whole thing looks nice. Although the balloons did come with a pump and an extension you put in the balloon. I wanted to pump it with helium. So I went to a Raley's to pump it up. A balloon popped fairly quickly even though it looked as pumped as the others. But the little huge glitter things did pop everywhere in the store lol. And also the balloons barely lasted half of a day before going small and hitting the ground.

The glitter pieces did not stick to the top for us and gathered on the bottom I'm between and 3-4 rating. The banner came with one sting which could be cut into two, but it wasn't quite long enough for cutting into two pieces and tying it up the way we wanted.

This sign was super super cute. I’m only giving it 4 stars because they didn’t give us the letters to spell Happy Birthday. The sign read Happy Birthdah. We hung it up anyways Bc we thought it was funny, but if this had been a more serious party I would’ve been upset. Luckily for me, the birthday girl loves goofy things like that.

I had to make the banner, not a huge deal but I figured it would arrive assembled. The balloons were tricky as you should have a pump to blow them up, I didn't and just blew them up the old fashioned way with my mouth, the air didn't stay in them long but long enough for photos.

Overall happy with the product, however picture is a little deceiving. One, give yourself a couple minutes to put the letters on the ribbon as they do not come attached. Two, only one white ribbon is included! If you want it to look like the picture and have two rows you’ll need to cut it or just have one. We opted to cut and have the ballons/other decor cover the tape.Regardless, it’s perfect for young and old. White paper is thick and the gold is brilliant. My “T” had some blue pen marks on it, but this is probably the least of my worries since these will get a lot of future use.

The confetti balloons are cute but you'll want to fill with helium. The banner is pretty but needs to be assembled. Pain in the butt.

The only thing good about this set was the banner, which you have to put together yourself. The balloons deflated within 15-20 minutes of blowing them up and we had to keep pumping air in them throughout the entire party. The gold confetti also sat on the bottom of the balloons no matter how much we shook or rubbed the balloons to get the confetti to spread out. AND the balloons were not clear. They were a kind of a dirty mop color. Such a waste of money and I will NEVER BUY THIS again.

Bought these for my daughter’s upcoming unicorn theme birthday party. I haven’t blown up the balloons yet but the banner looks just as pictured and made well. Super cute decor set that will go perfectly with the other pastel colors I am doing for the party :)
