Good value, adjustable desk easel
I've been using this non-stop since I purchased it. I used to draw on a horizontal surface, but often had a problem with the foreshortening effect in the final images, due to the angle of the paper to the artist's eye, when drawing on such a surface. Lifting the paper with the easel eliminates this problem.The easel was very inexpensive as well.If there is anything to quibble about, it would be that the item is light in weight and can slide along the surface it is resting on. But solved with pieces of blu-tack keeping it firmly in place on the table.

The leading edge paper support is annoying in that it restricts the movement of the pen in my calligraphy work. Otherwise a good product at a sensible price level.
