Good DIY product
Easy to follow instructions. The product itself worked well and was easy to apply, although it is a little messy. I used it to fix a leaking cast iron down pipe a few months ago. It fixed the leak and has held well. Paints easily.

Did the job
I used it to seal the join in my Victorian gutter and fill a hairline crack in the down pipe. It seems to have worked. I had to sand down the filling on the down pipe. It is like a thick putty but not as soft in consistency. You have to wear latex gloves (not supplied) to pull a bit off and mix it together. It starts to go hard after a couple of minutes so you have to work fast. I would use it again. Good product.

Warning - '2 part' putty as a single stick
Worked perfectly to fix a minor breach in a cast-iron Victorian cistern. One bit of advice, though - it is listed as a 2 part putty, however there is ONLY 1 STICK. After contacting the manufacturer, they told me that the single stick contained BOTH PARTS, one 'inside the other'. Simply break off the amount you need, and you'll see the core is black. Kneed it together and away you go!

Metal fix
Great stuff this. Had I not used this product on my oil fire I would have had to have it welded. One month later the part I fixed is still holding fast.
