Amazing!
Bought mine middle of May. Planted in a big pot. It is now end of June. And the plant is at least four times the size it was with lots of leaves. Such a healthy plant.I will buy from this company again!

As impressive as the first Ben Connan from Fruits-of-Perthshire
I bought a Ben Connan blackcurrant plant from Fruits-of-Perthshire a few weeks ago, and was impressed with the quality of packaging and with the superb condition of the plant. I did not follow the recommended after-planting procedure i.e. pruning to a couple of inches above soil level....I couldn't bring myself to cut back such attractive vigorous growth. The second Ben Connan arrived today, in similarly good condition. I planted it in the same area as the first and, this time, did prune back as advised. During the next couple of years, I will be able to compare the performances of each plant.I recommend this supplier for their excellent service and product.

Healthy plants
Got two of these, they arrived looking healthy and have already started to get ready for flowering! Currently still in containers but will be planting soon, they seem quite resilient.

Plant is sturdy and arrived in excellent condition
Good size - the plant was larger than I imagined for the very reasonable price, and it is bursting with health. Very happy with my blackcurrant plant, and the price

Not container-grown
Bought 3 bushes from the company. Paid for container-grown bushes, and yes they were in containers. but no they were not container-grown - the compost fell away from the roots the moment I took them from the containers, NOT what happens if the bush has been grown in the container all along. I suspect they were bare-root bushes and they ran out of container bushes so they just potted them on for delivery. Cannot comment on the quality of the bushes themselves planted them first week in March.
