****Exceeded my expectation by far!!*** Honest and detailed feedback
I don't even know where to start... Now this product is absolutely amazing,I was very nervous and anxious and kept checking my clothes and bed everytime I moved or sat / stood up...but the was NOTHING/ NO STAINS/ NO MARKS / NO LEAKS. I don't know how long it has been around but I definitely regret not googling it sooner :(HIGHEST RECCOMMENDATION for this product for number of reasons as outlined below: HIGHLY ABSORBENT MATERIAL : fleece like very soft inner lining for maximum absorbency its feels like a super soft bath robe.(Please see pics/ ***these pictures were taken after use and after wash) I was very anxious as I thought it may feel wet or leak out under my body weight pressure .NOPE..it didn't leak out nor it felt wet at all!! AMAZINGEASILY WASHABLE: I run it under 30 min cold cycle pre-wash to keep it stain free prior to main wash. I used ordinary detergent from the supermarket .Packaging has more information on how to care for your pads. Nothing complex.LESS ODOUR as it can naturally dry unlike plastic pads which don't promote air circulation. Also charcoal is used as a neutraliser for water filtration in number of countries so I can see why it works.LESS MESSY than ordinary pads due to the darker colour and high absorbency. I really hate handling pads during my period and I am glad that this feels cleaner to some extent.NO EMBARRASING PLASTIC LIKE NOISES when changing in a public toilet- great stuff , no one needs to know that you are on your period!DISCREET: Pads can be folded into this purse like structure before or after use ...even if it dops out your hand bag ..no one will know what is it... pad can easily pass for a little coin purse or mini make up bag. Its actually a cute design.ENVIROMENTALLY FRIENDY: I love that fact that my can pads are no longer be found in the sea or landfill :) Also, bamboo plant does not require as much as water and pesticide as much as a cotton plant does whilst growing.COST EFFICIENT in a long run!DOWNSIDESIZE of an individual pad is too short for me personally as suffer from extremely heavy periods and PMS, there are months that I am unable to leave the house or go to work as its gets so heavy. I have solved this by using two at the time to elongate the surface area and it was fine. not a drop of blood on my clothes or on my white bedding . Unbelievable, this has never append yet. I normally have a massive supply of bleaches on stand by ...ready to clean my beddings during each period. PLEASE NOTE*** I have shown these pads to my friend who claims to have heavy periods and she was saying that the size is perfect! We are all different and our bodies are different , I might need two pads in one go due to very heavy bleeding , however its very likely that most women might be perfectly happy with one pad.THERE MIGHT BE A SLIGHT MOVEMENT OF PAD POSITIONING when out and about as the material is smooth on the outer-shell , however this can be EASILY SOLVED by wearing WIDER underwear around the middle as it keeps it in place.( Anyway ,its not like I going to be wearing thongs during my period..lol) I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE I will buy few more packs for future... just in case they discontinue them, hope not!

They move a lot, mostly when sleeping.
I am overall happy with my purchase, they are in general reaaaally comfy compared to normal period pads. With them I don't feel wet or uncomfortable, they don't make weird period pad sounds when walking! And I must say it's the first time ever I'm not checking my panties all the damn time. They absorb a lot, more that you can imagine (trust me a got really heavy periods) however they failed in one thing, the design. They should come with a tighter grip to hold on to the panties. Because while I was sleeping they moved away because they are too lose even when I was wearing thigh panties just in case and a massacre went down. But, that's been only one of the times using them, pray for my next panties. Anyways, I'll still keep using them because it's the most environmental friendly thing I can use as long as menstrual cups don't work for me. So, yeah they absorb a lot, but like a lot I can go hours without changing it when usually I would use up to two pads per hours on my heaviest days and with that I went ALL morning from 5 am to 4 pm without worrying about it. And I must say I was afraid that they would smell or something like that but they don't, like literally no horrifying smells from blood and demons? What the heck? Also what is reaaaally tedious but you gotta do it for the environament is cleaning them. It takes a whole process, but I'm up for it also I may say even if it sounds disgusting that it's really satisfying to see all that your pad absorbed to go, because all of this is pads of one use you didn't use at all (and money you didn't have to spend). And when you finish cleaning them they are a whole new pad? I was expecting them to be not than new, but they look like the first time they came in to the mail? So yeah, go for it ladies, just hold on to your panties while sleeping. :D

but I know it would have been worse if I used a normal long-wear disposable
Having waited till Aunt Flo's visit, I can now write a review about these pads which I hope will be helpful to anybody else thinking of switching to cloth pads:Pros:- Highly absorbent. I feel these pads are more absorbent than standard long use disposable pads. Of course, it's not entirely leak proof - I bravely wore only the pad for my first overnight and still had a bit of blood splotching, but I know it would have been worse if I used a normal long-wear disposable.- No squealchi-ness. I was surprised that the blood seeped straight through the top layer of the pad, so it looks relatively dry when you look to check (besides the normal blot of solid discharge). In fact, it's hard to tell just how much blood has been absorbed. I was in a state of confusion my first two days of my period, though the good kind of confusion!- Easy to clean. You do have to establish a bit of a routine, but once you do, the blood's easy to squeeze out with cold water. I wash mine the same day with hot soap water and try to leave it to sun dry if the weather's good.- No rashes! I was getting such a bad case of rashes with disposable pads. When I switched to a disposable pad after my cloth (I had been out the whole day), all it took was a few hours for my skin to get irritated again.Cons:- Does move around a bit. I think this was pointed out by previous reviewers. Mine has a tendency to ride backwards, which does necessitate the occasional trip to the bathroom to re-adjust.- A bit heavier. I imagine this comes hand in hand with being more absorbent, but being heavier in material also means it's a bit warmer down there. All in all, I'm satisfied with this product and will continue to use them!
