Waterfall by ConservCo Multnomah Handheld Showerhead, Chrome

I really enjoy this shower head. The water flows very evenly and powerful. I like the waterfall effect a lot. I docked the product one star because the part that screws onto the pipe in the wall (my father is a plumber, you'd think I would know what it's called) is made of plastic and I cracked it when I went to install. I called the number on the bottom of the package and customer service had no issue replacing the part. They sent it out the next business day.As another reviewer mentioned something about the hose not working correctly, be aware that this comes with a hose that is really one way. There's very clear instructions attached to the hose to ensure you read it, but it's understandable to open a package and ignore the labels, since installing a new shower head is as easy as replacing a light bulb (unless you over-tighten it like I did, oops).

Doesn't pivot/swivel so it's in one set angle in the cradle.

I have a corner shower stall. If you have one and are planning on using this shower head for that shower, you might want to think twice. It is not possible to direct the flow directly down; it is going to come out at an angle. And this angle requires me to stand almost immediately next to the shower door. Oddly enough when soaping/shaving/shampooing, it is actually easier to stand on the inside of the water stream than the outside as I have more room there than if I stepped back. But it was easy to install, no leaks yet, I do like the water pattern. Just wish my shower was bigger.

First off, no other product that I've ordered from an Amazon vendor took so long to arrive. Then this should have been a very easy install and at first I thought it was, but when I turned the shower on NOTHING came out, NOTHING!!! The only way I could get any water to come out of the shower head was to remove the O-ring between the head and the hose, and then the water would come out only when the hose was tightened just right, not too tight or too loose, but only in a very narrow range of tightness, in which range it wouldn't stay. Then when the water finally came out of the shower head, of course it squirted out of the hose a bit, sputtered out of the head and the pressure wasn't that great. And to make matters worse, it whined in a high pitch like hell. After about a half hour of trying to get it to work, it lasted only about a minute before I had enough and decided to take it off. At only $30, it wasn't worth the effort to repackage it, take it to the post office and spend my money to re-mail it. I just had too much satisfaction in throwing the thing directly into the GARBAGE!!! I've NEVER been so disappointed with a product that I ordered in my life!Added later: To be fair, the company credited me a full refund, including shipping.

I love this shower head. It is bigger than I had expected but it works great. I know some other reviews talked about issues with leaks but I have not had any issues. (Actually my old shower head leaked which is why I was looking for a new one.)This is super easy to install. I am a female who can do minor stuff but I typically call my brother for stuff like this. However I tried it and was able to put it in without any problems.it comes with some of the treading tape so I didn't have to buy anything to install. I like the different sprays you can choose from.The only thing I would change is the mount. I wish I could move it lower than it currently is. ( I think I could but one and install it but that is above my annulus and not absolutely necessary. I just have a small shower - apartment- so when I can't adjust where the spray is going because the mount just holds the head and doesn't allow for any movement it means I hold it a lot. Not a big deal. It would be perfect for a larger shower.)

I love this so far. It's got massage settings, stream settings, and waterfall settings. Be careful, however. It's not metal. It's entirely plastic with chrome covering. I don't know if that makes it weaker yet. But, it works great for now, so I'm going to assume its strong. Also, you don't even need plumbing tape. It comes with two rubber washers that seal it up tight, as long as you have big muscles like me to tighten it really tight.

I purchased this bad boy cause my old shower head had crappy pressure and was all together bad, well I screw this sucker in which only took about 5 minutes , and I go to use it and let me just say it had so much water pressure that it washed away my home and now all i have is this shower head and my tub
