I definitely got my money's worth from this purchase. The kids have got it on almost everyday. It's funny, emotional and has a happy ending. Happy kids, happy life!

One of the very few animated films for the whole family that even me being a dad I kinda got into . After pressure from the wife to watch with the little one .But man enough to admit in the end I actually thought the film was great and overall would definitely reccommend / watch again .

My sons favourite film, fun and laughs for all the family

This film doesnt get great reviews, and perhaps thats fair enough. Its nothing super special or different. However Oh is a very likeable main character, and is basically Jim Parsons giving us all the good stuff that was Sheldon Cooper, so whats not to love there? The supporting cast is good and engaging although I think Rihanna can be a bit ott in places. Overall its stands up to repeated child-viewing without the adults wanting to throws things at the screen, So thats a win win, I'd say.

Jim Parsons (The Big Bang Theory, Young Sheldon) could read the phone book and make it the most entertaining thing you've ever heard. He's perfectly cast in this as a loveable alien on the run with a teenager (Rihanna) after an alien invasion. The jokes never get old no matter what age or how many times you watch it.The soundtrack with it's stars Rihanna and Jennifer Lopez plus Charlie XCX just adds to it. I think it's the best animated movie I've ever seen.

Great film, sounds track brilliant, will laugh and cry!

Family fav... Still enjoyable after 400 times in under 2 months!We now have the DVD and the prime version and soundtrack.We bought this pre children and enjoyed it. Eldest enjoyed it but youngest loves the boov movie. And after 2 months of st least daily viewing... Both me and my hubby nd it bring on repeatedly... Ue to the affection our 16mth old has fir it.Big Bang Theory fans will love the interrupting physicist link ;)A beautiful moving tail told about how friends become family, and family will do anything after being separated to stay together.The Gorg (the bad guys).., are well sorry no spoilers here, but you should like it's handled.Anyways back to the boov groove :)
