Ocushield - Blue Light Screen Protector/Filter for iPad 2/3/4

Absolutely no kidding. The OcuShield works. I was not reading books in the evening on my iPad, because I then had difficulty going to sleep, and had restless sleep. I switched over to paper and print books and no longer had the problem. Then I started reading articles about the blue light emitted from eReaders and computers. In one article, the OcuShield was mentioned. I ordered one for me and one for my husband. We are true believers in the OcuShield. I can read on my iPad at night - and have no problem sleeping. Ditto for my husband.Highly recommend!

The best money I've spent in years it's great, no more sleepless nights from viewing my iPad, before this screen protector I had to turn off the iPad at 9pm at the very latest or have a very poor sleep quality, waking at 2am and never getting back to sleep properly. Since fitting this I've had no problems. Can't recommend it enough. A must for children's devices especially.

Brilliant! My iPad looks just the same and works just the same, but I now have the peace of mind knowing that less blue light is affecting my eyes. No more sore eyes after using the iPad all day. Very easy to fit too, much better than most cheap screen protectors.

Can now use my iPad and sleep. More customer awareness of the damage blue light can do is needed

No problems applying the protector and it seems to work well... but... it's extremely reflective. The screen protector I was using previously had a matt effect and I really notice the difference with this one. The iPad screen is now hard to see a lot of the time, so I find I'm constantly trying to reposition it to get rid of reflections. Not ideal.

I have macular degeneration so need this to block blue light.

I bought an Occushield for my iPad. It arrived quickly and was well packed. However the wet wipe for cleaning the iPad was bone dry. I therefore used my usual spay cleaner and cloth to clean the iPad.I was able to easily position the shield using the frame provided. But I was not able to fully remove the bubbles under the shield.After a few days two dark specs appeared underneath the shield, one in the top of the iPad and the other at the side.These defects are not catastrophic but they are irritating. I have reported them to Occushield. The only help it has offered is advice to try slowly pressing out the bubbles with a cloth, which has not worked. It advised me not to take the shield off to remove the specs as it would be very difficult to remove dust from the sticky surface.
