Good for declaring nuclear war on colds and viruses
I'm one of those people who gets sick no matter how hard they try. I eat healthy, I exercise, and I wash my hands. I'll catch the same cold as everyone else, but for me it will last twice as long or develop into something else. I always get sick at the most inconvenient times. I'll get a chest infection to the point that I can't breathe right in the middle of exams, and I'm always lucky enough to catch viral or bacterial tonsillitis days before a long flight. Eventually I was sick of getting sick, so I started taking two of these every day for a year, and I never caught a hint of illness the entire time I kept that dose. One week I stopped, and after spending a week at university, my tonsils looked and felt like they were going to explode. someone poured cement up my sinuses, and my ears rang like a gun was fired right next to my head. I had a long flight ahead of me, and with no time for a doctors appointment or a full course of antibiotics, I dosed up on allicin. Within two days my lymph nodes were drained and I felt 100%.There's some other things worth mentioning that some people have touched upon. The taste and smell is genuinely almost impossible to notice unless you have a sixth sense. Allicin doesn't make your skin stink like garlic does, and if anything, it actually clears up spots (for me at least). They also lower your blood pressure somewhat, which is great for cardio and general well-being. These are hands down the best supplement you can get, forget buying the snake oil off the high-street because these will do the job.

Early days but so far they seem to be working after 4 days.
I have only had these for 4 days and the reson for buying them was because I get numb hands which tingle so after reading up about the health benefits of Garlic and the important of the main component ( Allicin ) I purchased these because they have a good level of this active ingredient.I can already feel a slight improvement in my circulation only after 4 days, I am taking at present 2 each day just after a meal and I haven't had no taste or them repeating on me.The capsules are quite small and are very easily taken and if they are going to improve my circulation I don't mind paying the extra price for these, they are a good brand, made in the UK and they are the only supplement to provide the body directly with real Allicin which is extracted from real fresh garlic .If you are considering buying garlic capsules then I highly recommend that you consider these, there is apparently health benefits from just taking 1 capsule daily but to start off with I'm taking 2 which I might reduce down to 1 a day.

I had a raging tooth abcess which I struggled to get rid of with a course of antibiotics. I was wary of going to the dentist because my dentist would probably have just removed the tooth. I bought these and took them as directed. It took a while but gradually the infection diminished then disappeared.I can't honestly say that this was the result of these tablets, as my body was also involved in fighting the infection, but there is good evidence that this compound from garlic works against infection so they may well have made the difference.There is definitely a garlic taste though. Not a problem if you like garlic!

Up to 12 capsules per day may be taken if needed, and just one capsule a day of AllicinMax taken with food is beneficial for health and well-being. It is easily absorbed, and. Government approved tests show that as many as 777 capsules per day can be taken without detrimental effects.
Safety Warning
Taking too much garlic may hinder blood clotting and it would be sensible for people already on anticoagulants or those about to undergo surgery to advise their medical advisor before starting therapy with any garlic supplement. Please read the manufacturers label and never exceed the recommended dose.

I used to eat at least one clove of garlic a day and frequently up to four - and I mean fat ones. Some time ago I read a book about Allicin: The Heart of Garlic: Allicin's Effective Natural Healing Properties: an A-Z of Conditions & Suggested Treatments... by Peter Josling and Steve Lewis (11 Nov 2003), and concluded I could benefit more from these capsules than I could from raw garlic - thus removing the alienation of my fellow workers!! I have taken Allicin for about 5 or 6 years and never, ever get a cold even when I am in the midst of people coughing, sneezing and (excuse me) snotting all over the place for hours on end. I feel I have total immunity and can walk among them with impunity! I absolutely recommend this product, I am never without it.
