Can this be kept under the seat on a Easyjet flight?

I’m not sure, most likely if you don’t over pack

Is this comfy to wear over your shoulder as a backpack. Does the handle or pole dig into your back at all? Thanks.

It is very comfy, the handle and pole does not dig into the back and very easy to change from backpack to hold luggage

Are the wheels rubber or plastic?

Hi, the wheels are plastic but very hard and sturdy. I've had no issues and have wheeled across numerous surfaces and the wheels and suitcase itself is still intact. I hope this helps.

is this sutable for klm and airfrance and west jet as a carry on bag ?

Mine has been on KLM and Air France. Tends to fall over when put upright but a useful bag nevertheless.
