Turning vegan brought the insurmountable task of trying to find an adequate milk substitute that still made the tea taste like tea. I failed! In the end I decided to go back in time to Georgian England and use lemon instead. As I have a sweet tooth and didn't want to use sugar, this lemon stevia seemed like a good idea. It is expensive and unfortunately I use a lot, but the flavour of the tea is certainly enhanced by this little gem!
