Excellent product providing a quick and easy way for me to consume my caffeine in the morning and attain that often much needed boost! Positives: The tablets are relatively small and easy to swallow. The pouch is a nice touch and saves space when traveling as opposed to a bottle. An advantage over coffee is that you can wake up 30 minutes earlier than you need to get up, consume your tablet, go back to sleep and upon waking 30 minutes later you will already be feeling the caffeine, perfect for Monday mornings! Great to take to the gym as a pre-workout supplement. Saves money when compared with coffee, for those of us that consume coffee purely for the caffeine and not for enjoyment of flavour! Negatives: The tablets are not scored and are difficult to split in half. For me, this is not a problem as 200mg is just the right dose but for caffeine sensitive individuals, the option to break the tablets in half would be welcome. Overall, I give this product a 5/5 and will certainly be purchasing from this company in the future.

I've been using these for two weeks and think it's about time I wrote a review. The first day I took one when the product arrived. After 15 minutes I couldn't sit still or sit down for that matter. I did everything I needed to do chore wise in the house in about an hour. My spouse asked me why I was "so hyper", probably because I'm usually weak and tired all the time due to chronic fatigue. Since the first day, my appetite has been suppressed and I've actually lost 6lbs in weight. This is due to healthy eating too mind. I haven't experienced energy levels like this since I was a child and my house has never looked so tidy. I'm able to do more with my 15 month old now as well. I'm a sucker for weight loss products and I'm usually left feeling disappointed and out of pocket but not this time. Contains exactly what it says: caffeine pills. I love these pills because they are much cheaper and more convenient alternative to coffee. They can be carried pretty much anywhere for when an emergency energy kick is needed, and they are perfect for running because they don't upset my stomach or make me need to pee as much as coffee does. However, just like coffee, the pills have side effects of making me nervous and jittery, especially since my caffeine tolerance is low. I would recommend new users to start with half a pill and judge the effects for themselves, or to combine the caffeine with l-theanine, which has virtually no short term or long term side effects, doesn't create tolerance, and negates the negative side effects of caffeine while enhancing the positive effects of alertness and energy.

I bought this product to help as a boost for my long working days as drinking energy drinks is not particularly convenient (or healthy) and coffee is not to my taste. After first getting this product, taking a whole pill at the start of the day simply made me extremely light headed and gave me a splitting headache which made it difficult to do anything except sit down until it passed. Due to the fact I'm very short for an adult woman (4"11) it's very difficult to work out the correct dosage for these pills, which isn't helped by the fact they are not easy to split as there is no line down the middle like you often get with pills. Taking half a pill (after a long while of trying to split it) didn't have an affect on me so in the end I resulted in taking 3/4 of the pill which seemed to be the best amount. However, due to the fact the pills are difficult to split its impossible to take the same dosage each day which results in a lot of estimating. Overall the pills do work in the end but there is limited information on dosages for different people in terms of height and weight and I would only recommend if you're prepared to take a few days of splitting headaches and limited affect to find out what dosage works for you especially if, like me, you are petite or vertically challenged.

I don't have side effects when I have coffee. May be it wont have side effects on other people who have tolerance. Having experienced all the negative side effects of caffeine without a boost in energy, I don’t recommend them. Every day I have taken it, immediately within 30min my body collapsed from nausea, dizziness, I had shakes even though I had taken the tablet hours ago. Other forms of caffeine appear to affect me far more. I'm very disappointed I wasted money on these. I was home from work for 10days because I was so ill from these tablets. Als Schichtarbeiter mit chronischem Schlafmangel bleibt einem fast nichts anderes übrig. Aber diese Tabletten sind eine andere Hausnummer, sie haben echt Power! Im Selbsttest habe ich bis zu drei Tabletten genommen, was etwas einem Koffeingehalt von etwas mehr als 7 Dosen Energy-Drink (a 0.25l) entspricht. Ich habe folgende Wirkung festgestellt: Wirkungseintritt war ca. 30 Minuten nach der Einnahme mit etwas Wasser. Man fühlt sich plötzlich wieder sehr wach und voller Tatendrang, Müdigkeit ist verflogen. Der Pulsschlag ist leicht erhöht (ca. 5-10% laut Tracker). Beim Sport (Krafttraining und Laufen) habe ich länger durchgehalten bzw. mehr Wiederholungen geschafft. Die Wirkung hält unerwartet lange an, gefühlt über drei Stunden. Dosierung: Um mich (1.8m - 84kg - Ende 20) wach zu fühlen reicht mir in der Regel eine Tablette, manchmal auch eineinhalb. Das Produkt habe ich im Mai 2016 gekauft, ist also schon ein paar Monate her, aber ich habe noch mehr als die Hälfte der Tabletten übrig. Dies sollte denke ich gut verdeutlichen wie mein Koffein-Konsum aussieht: Ich konsumiere kaum Koffein in Form von Kaffee oder sonstigen Produkten. Dennoch hat man mal Tage wo man etwas mehr zu tun hat, wo der Tag einfach länger geht und man dann im Verlauf des Tages etwas müde wird. Genau für diese Situationen habe ich mir die Koffein-Tabletten gekauft und die Wirkung ist bei mir ziemlich extrem. Eine Tablette und in 10 Minuten bin ich munter wie zur besten Stunde des Tages. Selbstverstänlich liegt das auch an dem eigenen vorhandenen Koffein-Konsum, aber genau darauf möchte ich jetzt noch etwas eingehen: Es gibt hier einige Rezensionen, die die Aussage beinhalten, dass die Tabletten nicht wirken würden und diese sogar mit mehreren Tabletten am Abend seelenruhig schlafen können. Nun, der Körper passt sich den äußeren Umständen so gut es geht an. Wenn man nun jeden Tag seinen sehr starken Kaffee am Morgen konsumiert, in der Mittagspause schnell zum Kaffee-Laden sprintet, da die Gefahr besteht jederzeit in den Schlaf zu fallen, so hat man ein grundlegendes Problem, welches man mit derartigen Tabletten nicht lösen kann. Wenn man also an Koffein gewöhnt ist, evtl. täglich sehr starken Kaffee trinkt bzw. mehrere, dann sollte man erstmal seinen eigenen Koffein-Konsum überdenken, statt sich als Lösung solche Tabletten zu kaufen, da der Kaffee ja nicht mehr reicht. Abschließend kann ich nur sagen, dass die Tabletten sehr gut für Personen geeignet sind, die nicht regelmäßig Koffein konsumieren. Andernfalls wird man von der Wirkung eher enttäuscht sein. Außerdem sollte ich noch erwähnen, dass ich selber keinen signifikanten Unterschied zu den Tabletten aus der Apotheke festegestellt habe. Dennoch ist die Verpackung von diesen Tabletten hier etwas praktischer und man bekommt für das Geld auch eine echt große Menge an Tabletten.

Ich habe mir die Tabletten fürs Training bestellt, da es mir oft sehr schwer fällt mich fürs Training zu motivieren. Da ich aus meinen Jugendjahren (um mehrere Nächte hintereinander durchzustehen) schon Erfahrungen mit Koffeintabletten aus der Apotheke gemacht hatte, war ich sehr gespannt auf die Dosierung und Wirkung dieser Tabletten aus sportlicher Sicht. Die Packung ist leicht zu öffnen, und sehr gut wiederverschließbar. Die Tabletten sind etwas groß und oval, was es aber leichter macht sie zu teilen, will man nur eine halbe einnehmen. Die maximaldosierung übrigens ist mit 3 Tabletten pro Tag angegeben, ich habe es das erste Mal mit einer, 50 Minuten vorm Training, versucht. Gewirkt hat sie, da ich sehr selten Kaffee trinke, gleich sehr stark. Ungefähr wie 5 Espressi hintereinander. Liegt aber wahrscheinlich daran dass ich meinen Kaffeekomsum bewusst stark einschränke. Motiviert war ich auf jeden Fall genügend um zu trainieren. Eine merkbare Wirkung oder Veränderung direkt beim Training wäre mir aber nicht aufgefallen. Wie üblich 60 Minuten trainiert, nach eben diesen aber auch fix und fertig. Nicht länger, nicht mehr Energie. Wird aber auch nicht versprochen, darf man sich auch nicht erwarten. Die Wirkung ist auf jeden Fall da, der Instant-Coffee schlechthin. Die Tabletten haben bis jetzt immer ihre Aufgabe als Motivationsspritze erfüllt, egal ob für Training, Arbeit oder Familientreffen. Das Geheimnis liegt meiner Meinung nach darin, es mit der Einnahme nicht zu übertreiben (max 1 Mal pro Woche) um den Körper nicht an das Koffein zu gewöhnen.

Hallo alle Zusammen, bevor ich das Produkt gekauft habe, habe ich wie üblich erstmal die Bewertungen gelesen, aufgrund von den guten Rezensionen letztendlich mich für das Produkt entschieden um es für meine kommende Klausurphase zu testen. Kaufgrund dieses Produktes war, dass ich meinen tagtäglichen Kaffee durch den Bedarf dieser Tabletten zu ersetzen. Somit habe ich die Investition gewagt, bestellt und nach einer schnellen Lieferung zu diesem Ergebnis gekommen: Keine spürbare Wirkung, ich meine, es hat mir absolut keinen Mehrwert geliefert. Ich lerne viel oder sehe mir gewisse Vorlesungen nochmal an und natürlich kommen meine Gedanken auch mal vom Wege ab und auf einmal bin ich am Handy. Ich habe mir erhofft eine ähnliche Wirkung wie beim Kaffee zu erzielen und meine Wachsamkeit zu steigern und fokussiert zu lernen, jedoch ehrlich gesagt, kam es sogar zu Nebenwirkungen nach 3-4 Stunden lernen durch die Einnahme dieser Tablette. Ich verspürte Kopfschmerzen und eine gesteigerte Müdigkeit (Auch wenn ich während des Lernens kleine und große Pausen eingelegt habe und Bewegungen während der Pausen einkalkuliert waren). Der absolute Highlight war, an einem Tag wo ich wenig geschlafen habe, der Grund dafür, dass trotz der Einnahme dieser Tablette nicht in einer gewissen Weise meine Müdigkeit in Trap gehalten wurde und ich durch entspanntes ausruhen einfach eingeschlafen bin (Mit Kaffee ist mir das kein Mal passiert). Ich hätte echt niemals gedacht, dass es so wirkt. Hätte ich meine Recherchen besser gemacht, so hätte ich mein Geld gespart oder in etwas besseres investiert. Ich bin nicht begeistert und kann es euch nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich hoffe dir kann meine Erfahrung helfen und dich vor einem Kauf ohne Mehrwert schützen :)
