Having been recommended to try Bulletproof Coffee by a friend, I thought I'd give this particular brand of MCT Oil a go. It seems to do the trick (I've not been hungry, and am feeling rather energetic) and so far haven't soiled myself (although your mileage may vary).If you are using this, start small (5ml per mug of coffee) unless you would like your next amazon purchase to be from the underwear section. Some of the stories of people starting with too much MCT Oil are only for reading by those with a strong constitution.On the whole (sorry!) though, does the job for a reasonable price.

No reason to doubt what's in it, but take care, and start gently. It can leave you somewhat..... er.... limited in movement around the house, shall we say (and in another way, with far too many movements!!!) if you even take a single tablespoon when starting out... :-(

I never usually bother writing reviews but I felt I had to for this product.  I have CFS and suffer with bouts of brain fog and heavy fatigue.  I used to get very tired post-eating (post-prandial - tired system finds digestion harder) but now I have such clarity taking this with food.  I also find drinking it in coconut milk on an empty stomach amazing for a get up and go. This has personally worked wonders for me and my recovery and I hope it can help many others too.
