It's heavier than you would think and tall rakes, extension poles, spades, forks etc, etc seem to be safe. Mine is fully loaded with tools and there's still room on the top "shelf" to hold a few handtools. Stood in the corner of the shed it's just the job. BUT a child could pull it over ... secure it , if necessary, with a couple of screws. **Q: It looks like all four legs are height adjustable - is this so, please?** A: The legs are NOT height adjustable. However the fixed height is,I find,perfect as all tools remain upright. **Q: does it have a cover as an extra** A: No it doesn’t have a cover.. it’s just a tool shelf with slots to hold various garden tools. **Q: Can this be kept outside I don't have a shed just a few garden tools, shovel rake etc** A: The rack itself is made of all plastic parts so could be kept outside. However your tools may rust if not protected from the rain. It’s a great product. I am very pleased with mine but it has been put in my shed so is protected. It's sturdy and so easy to assemble. The only downside is that, once tools inserted, it easily topples over. For this reason it looses one star, but itI can be stabilised by laying something heavy on the base shelf, which is easy enough with a couple of bricks, bag of sand/soil etc. I considered making holes in the base below a couple of the top holes, but decided not to risk splitting the base (as I'm not the best at DIY and don't want to risk breaking it!). Very well made and a true value for money product. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 28 August 2015* As well as making my own holder using some clips bought from Amazon this tool tidy ensures I can safely store some of the potentially more dangerous items re- electric hedge trimmers, manual shears, rakes, garden claw for tilling soil etc in my shed.There are holes on the back of the top shelf that permit the acceptance of the tool and the trailing end sits in a dished bottom tray making sure the tools can't fall forward. The front edge has a series of tapered notches that permit the handles of other tools re- snow shovel, yard broom to be slotted in. All in all a cheap and well made solution that requires the minimum of effort to erect in that all parts are push fit so no tools are required to put it together.
