Recently received and all i can say is that they have done exactly what i wanted them to. Lets be honest no "fat burner" is a miracle for weight loss, some of the really cheap ones don't even do anything. BUT i was recommended these by a friend and i bought them to boost my energy (because i always feel lethargic when dieting), suppress my appetite (because i am always hungry, and help me burn a bit more fat than the calorie deficit my diet is creating. They've done what i wanted. I take one just before my breakfast and one just before lunch. My energy levels are off the chart, can't sit still so most people would probably be ok with just 1 capsule per day. I don't snack, have the energy to exercise still and i am consistently losing fat. But anyone who thinks ANY burner is a miracle cure, save your money. I've used lots over the years, some bad, some good. This is one of the stronger good ones and you get what you pay for.

I really rate these the first one I took made me shake really bad and feel really sick but I persevered and the symptoms reduced a week in and I feel really good got loads of energy my weight has also started to go down and bits that were really stubborn seem to be decreasing day by day I only take one as I don't think I could manage two but so far so good and I will be buying more my appetite has also changed I'm not snacking and the portion sizes I am eating are smaller would Defo recommend
