I have been taking Vitamin E for many years. This is the best I have taken so far. I believe it has given me smooth facial skin as people have said how young I look (many times over!), I am 73. Vitamin E has helped in so many other ways with my health.

Decided to try the high dose. Seems ok.

Just received this product and everything seems alright apart from the directions for use. Telling you to take 1 tablet before your meal is all well and good but really a bit more information would not go amiss as regards do I swallow these large tablets or can I eat them with my meal? This would be much appreciated especially if you have problems swallowing large tablets!

These are the very best Vits you can buy,it is just such a shame they are so expensive in the UK compared to the USA They are delivered from the US and still cheaper with all the postage etc, than buying from home, so who is making all the money and why are we being ripped off again by UK dealers ??. On our annul trip to the states we buy several bottles and save loads and loads of money on such basic items.

Some effect to your skin , get change more soft after two weeks, every day one with meal and normal healthy food

I found these very good. A few month ago I found out I have cirrhosis of the liver and my consultant said that large dose of vitamin E was good to detox the liver. I took it a couple of month before i had surgery last week and my liver had improved slightly so it's worth it too me I feel so much better

Here's a breakdown of this supplement and what it does for me. PROS: --It's a Solgar brand and I've never gone wrong with any of their supplements over the years. Also, my doctor has always recommended that I lean towards this brand if what I need is available in it. She has also said that the cost for this is most ideal for the quality I am getting. --It contains natural forms of d-Alpha Tocopherol plus d-Beta, d-Delta, and d-Gamma Tocopherols, which are considered ideal when taken together, as each one has benefits of its own. --It's a great anti-oxidant and has greatly benefited my skin. I'm often asked by others what my skin regimen is. --Although I've never heard that it helps with energy levels, it has been a big help for me. I take it in the morning and actually notice a difference in cognitive and physical energy. CONS: --Yes, the softgels do tend to stick together, but I can't fault it with less a star because of this. Besides, I've found a work-around that takes me less than 2 minutes. As soon as I open the bottle I pour them into a bowl. I separate any that are stuck together and put the bowl in the fridge. Later I'll just pour them back into the bottle and I don't have any trouble. --Some might find the softgels to be a little large. (I'm including a photo of a softgel in comparison with a dime.) I find that softgels are far easier to swallow anyways so haven't had a problem with that. Finally, I'd be interested to see if other reviewers have noticed any benefits in their energy levels after taking this. I realize each of us has our own bio-individuality, but there is such a noticeable difference for me that it's peaked my curiosity about this one benefit that I had not anticipated.
