I was dubious about these to begin with but this is my 2nd order. Does it help diet, don't know? Does it help energy levels, omfg definitely!! Due to this, you do more and thus burn more calories so yes, excellent item!

I’ve just finished my first 60 capsules and I’m definitely going to buy more. There’s not a huge difference to my weight so far but I have loads more energy and feel less bloated day to day. I have found I am eating a lot less too. I combine one of these capsules with 2 shots of Apple Cider every day.

I have just finished my first bottle and I have to say that I am pretty sure I feel these are good. I know how hood green tea is for you, but I can't stand the taste. The capsules are a great alternative.

cant really say much. they claim its an antioxidant and so I have to believe this as there's no outward proof its working. good price compared to other similar green tea tablets. tablets easy to swallow and most importantly (for me) only need to take 1 a day. will continue to buy.

Have felt so much more alive after taking one a day of these green tea capsules together with the odd cup of green tea. Have more energy and have lost a few pounds too 👍
