Is this suitable for 12 year old daughter with leg curling under the skin?

It might do if she shaves, however I would highly recommend a good exfoliating mitt and real good scrub. Exfoliating before shaving really helps get a closer shave any way and exfoliating a few times a week gets rid of the dead skin that stops them growing through properly.

Can i use this after my aftershave balm ?

As a lady I use it on clean dry skin before moisturising so guess you'd use it before aftershave balm.  Clear instructions do come with the product (and no idea where I have put mine).
