I was hesitant about this purchase because of some of the negative reviews about it being cheap quality. I’m glad I purchased anyway. It’s sturdy and gorgeous. I love it

I love the natural stoneware version and the bamboo accessories. I will give it to my son who loves all things Japanese. I don't find I need the bamboo whisk, it works fine but can't give alot of froth to the milk. I bought a rechargeable milk frother which works much better but isn't "auhentic". Very well packaged so as not to break, with interesting facts and instructions inside on full color pamphlets.

I don’t use the second cup, just one to soak my bamboo whisk in hot water prior to use. I love everything about this set!

Got a tea set for my daughter for Christmas, and the box did not have the whisk holder in it. I emailed Teanagoo, they answered the next day and shipped the item right away. They stayed in touch by email, and when I got the box today, I found they not only sent a whisk, but also another tea bowl! Excellent customer service!

Compré este set de matcha en enero de 2023 y, a día de hoy, seguimos utilizándolo sin ningún problema. Desde el primer momento me sorprendió la calidad del conjunto. El tazón es amplio, perfecto para preparar un buen matcha sin sensación de quedarte corto, y lo que más me gusta es la boquilla: permite servir el té con total precisión, sin derramar ni una gota. Después de dos años de uso, todo sigue en perfecto estado, lo cual dice mucho de su durabilidad. Las dos tazas también son preciosas, con un diseño elegante que hace que cada preparación se sienta un poco más especial. En general, estamos encantados con el set y lo seguimos disfrutando como el primer día.
