I did back to back body building shows and needed help with my sleeping as I was drinking copious about if caffeine to get through each of the last 4 weeks of both preps. I had tried everything, melatonin, 5-htp by itself, cbd gummies, NyQuil, calming herbs..the list goes on. I bought this as a suggestion from a guy at the gym. It tastes so good! It dissolves easily with hot water and a spoon for mixing. Now after my shows I enjoy taking it to help me wind down from work.

Blow me down, but this thing actually works! The chocolate isn't exactly stellar by any stretch of definition of "chocolate," but unless you have some underlying disease, this will, indeed, knock you the f* out. Recommended.

I took this when I couldn't sleep and after a few hours after a good intense workout. It took it and it worked so fast a good, under 5 minutes. I got a good nights rest. I got the chocolate flavor and shook it really goo, no clunks.I didn't lose days up trying to fall asleep. I'll be back for another batch. Thank you. Wow⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don’t care so much about the different label, but the new tea flavor tastes like dirt. Like literal dirt 😭😭😭

I'm disappointed that I paid $40 for some hot chocolate with melatonin. The product tastes ok, but after several nights' use, I haven't noticed any difference in my ability to fall or stay asleep with it than without it. I should have just stuck with my melatonin sleep gummies. At least they're a lot cheaper per serving and help me fall asleep.

I cycle using this product to keep the effectiveness .

The drink is good on helping me go to bed at night and it taste good. The quality of sleep is good. I use this every night.
