This stuff really is hard as nails, as a previous nail biter it helps to keep me from picking or biting. I think it strengthens and protects them. Best clear nail varnish I’ve found

It's easy to apply and it reduced sensitivity of the nails but it chips extremely quickly, if you want not chipped nails you need to reapply it every second day
