After taking these tablets for a few days I found myself having cripperling stomach aches felt like i had been punched in the stomach so i have stopped taking them and didnt see any weight loss

Another great product from H2P - I've used the BCAA and ZMAs too.Really works for me, helping me (and my girlfriend) lose unwanted weight. Of course combined with clean diet and exercises. May be that is why it doesn't suit eveyone - as mentioned in some reviews. I'll be buying again to cut down few more pounds
