Good for daily use
I purchased this for my 4-wheeler because I live on a large farm and it's hard to find a plug when you're over a mile from any electrical source. I use both a cellphone and tablet in the field, so a dual charger was a MUST.One thing I've noticed, but won't deduct any stars for it, is that the voltage meter does drain just a small amount of power from the battery over time -- about a tenth of a volt per day (my battery is less than a year old, so it isn't the battery losing charge by itself). If you're buying this for an ATV that isn't used often, consider getting one without the volt meter or you'll have a dead battery when you want to crank it.The reason that I've deducted a star is because the wiring harness is essentially useless -- the leads are only about a foot long, so unless you want to mount this very near the battery compartment you'll have to purchase some wire and connectors. The inline fuse is great though -- I installed mine under the left handlebar, so I had to run some wire from the battery forward, then attached it to the harness and stuffed the remainder in the blank space in front of the fuel tank.It was very easy to install as well. However, there was no indication anywhere I could find that showed what size hole needed to be drilled. I ended up using a fractional micrometer, then grabbed the correct paddle bit (it was either 1-1/8" or 1-1/4") and drilled the mounting hole. Finally, it works as advertised. It charges 2 devices simultaneously. As for the waterproof casing/cover, I've left the 4-wheeler out in the rain a few times as a test, including a pretty strong thunderstorm and it still works fine.

Handy information for those who want it
This particular item took me a while to to review . mainly because I did not install it where I had originally planned .Instead I mounted it in the bedroom of my RV , for 2 reasons , the most obvious is to charge our cell phones while we stream Netflix .But the second is my favorite . before I even get out of bed I can see the state of our batteries , anyone that has an rv and dry camps knows the importance of battery conservation , this little unit helps me keep an eye on battery voltage .I had to modify it in order to mount where I wanted it , but it works great , when I wake up I already know if I have enough battery to start the kureig .

Both ports are 2.1 amp.
I like the fact this power outlet has two 2.1 amp ports. If there are more than one persons needing to charge their phone, it can handle both easily. The voltage display is nice to see that you have the appropriate power. It has an inline fuse for over current protection, which is good.I installed this in my center console, connected it to the ACC connection so it doesn't drain the battery if I leave something charging after turning off my car.

Display stopped working after a week
Installation is not the easiest if you don't want to connect it directly to the battery and have it do a constant small drain. When it worked it was off by a little bit whenever I compared the battery charge using a multimeter that I have, and by off by a little I mean by 0.1 or 0.2 volt, nothing major.Biggest issue is that the display died after just about a week.

Beautiful
Had this for months. Great readout and use to charge phone. Would go for clear cover. Smoke quickly becomes hard to see through. Maybe slide closure in stead of flip cap would be next level. Light easy to see without being over powering.

Perfect for motorcycle.
I Purchased two of these for each of my motorcycles. They display your voltage and they're waterproof.Haven't had any problems with them and I like that I'm able to charge two devices at once. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Awesome!
Perfect fit and easy installation to update my old 1998 Toyota Corolla to feel a little more modern. Get rid of that useless 12v cigarette lighter/adapter! Nice having the extra feature of a voltage display too. I’ll be buying more of these to add to my Mazda CX-7 as an extra charging port in the backseat for my kids to charge their devices on

Good product, works as its supposed to.
I installed it near the base of my cupholder on my floorboard. It took me, an experienced DIY mechanic, about 15 minutes to install with some extra wire and tools. it charges my phone and powers a dash cam and shows an accurate voltage on the display. works like a charm. just make sure you have about 2 inches of empty space behind where you plan to mount it.
