Wow! This screen has some real estate.
This LG UltraGear 34-inch curved gaming monitor has been amazing. The ultra-wide QHD screen really pulls you into the game, and the 160Hz refresh rate with 1ms Motion Blur Reduction makes everything super smooth, especially in fast-paced games. I haven’t noticed any ghosting or lag, and it’s made a huge difference in my gaming experience. The colors are vivid and accurate thanks to the HDR10 support and 99% sRGB coverage. Plus, AMD FreeSync Premium eliminates screen tearing and stuttering, so I get a super smooth and enjoyable experience. It’s also great for productivity. The wide screen gives me tons of space to have multiple windows open, which is perfect for work. The stand is fully adjustable for comfort, so it works for long sessions whether I’m gaming or working. I definitely recommend this monitor for both gaming and productivity.

Solid monitor
I had a Dell Widescreen monitor for my work needs for several years, but recently I accidentally smashed the screen while moving it. I grabbed that Dell on sale and I couldn't justify spending full price on another one, so I picked this LG up. So far it's been pretty fantastic, it doesn't quite have the glare resistance of my previous one, but the screen quality is good and I always appreciate the extra screen real estate so I can keep multiple things on screen at a time.

This monitor is incredible
I've sampled many monitors in Electronic stores, but have never been more impressed by a monitor than the LG Ultragear. This monitor is simply the best for the price. The resolution is ideal for any game, but also great for working. I write Articles for a blog, and this monitor allows me to have three windows open at once. That way, I can have my article in Google docs, my music player, and my notes or references open at once. The stand is my favorite stand on any monitor. It is sturdy enough to sustain a cat jumping around and crawling underneath it. It's super adjustable, but not floppy. I have no problems with pixels, color accuracy, or flickering in any use. I've had it for a week and am really enjoying it. I think my eye fatigue is also lessened, and that might be because of the gradual curve and the easier contrast settings.

So nice I bought them thrice!
Bought 3 of these in a 3 month span. The picture quality is great; Color quality leaves some to be desired. The menu is relatively easy to use. Remember to set your refresh rate in windows! Games like COD, Sker Ritual, and modded Minecraft look great with HDR!

Great for PCs, might by annoying for macbook folks
I love my ultra wide monitor. I've been using it for about a year now and there are no dead pixels or whatnot. I do now notice a little bit of darkening in the corners, but I didn't see it until I started writing the review -- it is a non-issue for my use, as my WFH main office monitor, as someone who works in IT. Biggest plus: it easily serves as 2 monitors in one, so I can put 2 windows on it with a third on my laptop screen. Here's my big beef and reason for this review:When I used this with my PC (ASUS TUF 15) for most of 2024, it was great, and my windows would reposition themselves wherever I left them after the PC woke from sleep. Then I went to the fruity side and got a MacBook Air 15". I don't know if its hardware or software or a little of both but I have to drag my windows back to the ultra-wide, resize them and reposition them when it makes from sleep. Every. Single. Time. I've tried every permutation of cables, drivers, monitor settings, mac settings, adaptors, even helper apps but the problem persists.

Work from home
Super pleased with this monitor. I do not game regularly although I have a couple of times on here. I use this for my work from home set up. I wanted this aspect ration to fit more in the green and boy does it do the job well. I can fit 2 browsers next to each other that would be full size on my old monitor. So much more efficient for working with reports and managing my team chat. The only con I can think of is its auto off feature only does 4 and 6 hours and nothing less. I would prefer it to go to sleep automatically after certain time with no use but instead of it will try to go to sleep after the set amount of hours and if I'm still working then it'll reset and won't turn off for another 4 or 6 hours.
