10g Brassinolide Power Grown Brand

I planted a Santa Rosa plum tree out back from a cutting also a lime tree from a cutting and a lemon tree from a seed also I have grapes planted out back from cuttings. I bought a bunch of rose bush seeds from Amazon these are the Chinese exotic seeds as well as soursop tree seeds I am having trouble getting them to grow or to germinate I hope these chemicals will help
