I actually got this oil and one of their diffusers as a gift almost 2 years ago and the oil was a random pick, but I am SO glad I wound up getting this blend. I use it in 2 different diffusers I have at work, a couple diffusers I have at home, along with a necklace diffuser that I wear every day. To me, this oil doesn't necessarily help with sleep (I'm sure there's bigger underlying problems with my sleeping habits) but instead is more calming and relaxing. But that's my own personal experience. It could very well affect others in different ways. I'm definitely ordering like 100 of these bottles of oil.PSA: I know the oils by this company don't label what individual oils make up their blends but I understand that some people may have a sensitivity to specific oils and want to know. This specific blend has Frankincense, Lavender and Roman Chamomile.
