This product is extremely overrated. I always give one-star reviews the benefit of the doubt, especially when there are other reviews saying otherwise.The packaging of the product looks very nice with a matte-black finish with the colorful accents. After opening the product, however, you see a mismanaged array of object that looked like they were thrown into the box. Worst of all was the text showing the instructions and product information. The font was extremely small making it hard to read, and the spacing was poorly done.The functionality was not done well either. The product never fully adhered to my phone and the corners were always clicking due to this. This may also be caused by the screen protector not being one continuous piece of glass. It is 3 parts: The glass and the top and bottom black pieces siliconed together. I would have put up with these mistakes except the problem was that my phone was unresponsive because the screen protector was not in contacting with the screen. I let the phone sit face down to see if since pressure would help, but nothing changed and it would still not adhere properly.TL;DRThe screen protector is unprofessional. It looks nice on the outside, but the package information in the box is poorly implemented. The product itself is cheaply made since its siliconed together and didn't adhere to my phone well (making my phone unresponsive to touch) after following the instructions. I would have had no issues if the product adhered well.

Item arrived in a package that was obviously opened and repackaged. There was no prep kit, but that's not a deal breaker for me. The real deal breaker is that the screen protector I received, is simply a piece of tempered glass, with absolutely NO adhesive of any kind on the transparent portion of the glass! How on earth is this protector supposed adhere to a phone screen?! Generally, screen protectors have a plastic film covering the adhesive, which must be removed, prior application. This screen protector did not need the film removed, as there is no adhesive to protect. Don't waste your money!

I had this on my phone for all of five minutes before it came off. It would never completely stick and every time I would type or pressed my screen you could hear and see it popping. I finally just took it off. Waste of my money for 10 minutes of complete annoyance.

Followed the instructions exactly, but the product did not adhere to the screen when I slipped on the protective case. Even without the case, the screen cover adhesive is too weak to last long enough to make this a viable product.

Looks like a nice screen, installation went well. Too bad it reduces touch sensitivity. Harder to operate and use phone. Unfortunately i'm past the return period - into the garbage this goes.

This would be a zero if it could be. This was the absolute worst screen protector I have ever bought. It had almost no adhesion. It was only along the edges which peeled off immediately. There was almost no contact with the screen which made it very inconsistent in working with the screen. DO NOT BUY THIS SCREEN PROTECTOR.

Horrible. Cracked all over the place just from being in pocket and you have to press hard just to get it to type. Do not buy this product!!!!!
