Purchased one for myself and another as a gift. Unfortunately, I waiting too long to try using the device, I'm getting a modem error and unable to setup WiFi. The second unit, the individual forgot their log-on name and the directions call for a reset, however, I purchased a reset disk and downloaded it to a USB and was still unable to reset the password. The support service was unable to successfully help with neither issue I needed assistance with. Be very careful when purchasing this piece of equipment and make sure you test it out before the option window closes for returns, if you experience any problems.

Don't Buy
This thing is not worth buying. First one that came had a broken charger, so I got a replacement. Extremely difficult to use. Keyboard is awful, I am constantly fighting it. Buttons on the device work poorly. Feels like I am constantly fighting the computer to do what I want. Strange charger that seems like it is for an electric razor as well as extremely slow charging. Currently cannot recognize any wifi networks, rendering it practically useless. Overall this product is a joke.

Horrible
I couldn't get this computer to connect to the internet. It kept giving me a missing driver message. I contacted their "customer support" and received no help! They even hung up on me after being on hold for 20 minutes. -They also report low stars reviews! So watch out.

Don't like it and sorry i bought it
Since i bought 2 months ago, windows 10 acts strange as the screen automatically shrinks without even touching the keyboard or mouse. The power on and volume controls on side fell into the device. The 32 gig is really limited and i constantly have to move data offline. Don't like it and sorry i bought it..

Lots of fixable issues, with some solutions here..
This actually isn't a bad little laptop/tablet. Early on, there were a few issues that I encountered that made me want to throw this thing in the garbage. But I worked through the issues and will share my solutions with you.1. Windows update messes up WiFi driver.2. Included power cord not needed.3. Touchpad Edge issues.4. Non-existant customer support1. Right out of the box, I performed a Windows Update, and then for some stupid reason, chose the option to delete the previous files. I then rebooted and discovered that the WiFi no longer worked. And there was no way to revert/undo the OS changes, because I had deleted the files. And the WiFi drivers cannot be found online. Long story short, I was able to reinstall the drivers because I have two of these laptops. I copied the contents of 'C:\Windows\System32\Drivers' and 'C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore' from the working laptop to a USB stick. I then connected the stick to the WiFi-impaired laptop. Here's how I reinstalled the missing drivers: Access the Device Manager. Find all 'Other Devices' (unknown devices), or devices with yellow triangle icons next to them. Right click, choose Update Driver, select 'Browse my computer for driver software', and navigate to the USB drive's folder \DriverStore, then click Next. The driver(s) will be installed automatically. Repeat for any device with yellow triangle, or those listed under 'Other Devices'. So, word to the wise, if you purchase this laptop, the first thing you should do is save the two previously mentioned Driver directories to a USB stick, so that in the event a Windows update disables your devices, you'll be able to reinstall the drivers.2. The included power cord is a piece of garbage. It does not make good contact with the tablet, and I was constantly having to reconnect it to keep it charging. I recently discovered that you can charge the device using an Android phone charger and the mini USB port. You do not even need the included power cord. Charge via the mini USB port instead.3. In my opinion, the single most annoying thing about this laptop is the trackpad. Application windows minimize, restore, switch, and maximize without warning, seemingly by themselves. What's going on is some Windows 10 trackpad feature that is enabled by default and there is no way to turn it off in the settings. Dragging toward the center from the trackpad edge is the action that causes these window behaviors. Here's how to turn it off (and believe me, you WILL want to turn it off): In regedit, find this key: 'Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PrecisionTouchPad'and change DWORD 'EnableEdgy' from 1 to 0.4. Customer Support is non-existant. I've called and waited on hold for hours with no response. I opened a ticket in their online ticketing system back in January. As of April 28th, the ticket has not yet been reviewed or updated by a Bit support person. The hardware itself is actually pretty nice. The keyboard works well, and the trackpad (having made the aforementioned registry change) works well. The display is sharp, bright, and clear, and I've had no issues with the touchscreen. The screen attaches firmly to the keyboard/base. It's a little top heavy, and will tend to tip on your lap if your hands are not resting on the edge. It's also a shame that it has no SD/Micro SD slot. If you're looking for a moderately priced Windows tablet/laptop, this one is okay. But for two C-notes, I can't help thinking that there might be something better... Just be aware that there are some quirky things you'll need to fix/adjust yourself, and in my experience, the company will be of no help should you need support.
