My Chromebook doesn't have a regular usb slot, only usb-c. So this is perfect and will work well for anyone else in my type of situation. it gives me enough extra slots for just about anything that I would be connecting at the same time.

Horrible Charge Rate
I got this to use with my Pixel 2. The charge rate on this hub is ridiculously slow. If I plug my cable from the wall to my phone charges just fine. When I put this hub in between, my phone uses battery faster than this charger will charge it.

USB-C does not allow the use of a USB-C hard drive. Cable much too short for an iMac. However the product looks nice...

The hub overheats to the point of having to let it cool before touching it
MacBook Pro 2016 - connecting it to any of the 4 ports leads to a failure of internet connection.The hub overheats to the point of having to let it cool before touching it.It doesn't work when I connect external drives to it.All in all, a product to avoid.

This adapter has worked out great for my MacBook pro and the ports include 1 usb-c and 2 usb ports which fits my needs perfectly; however I wished it would have been smaller. Its a great affordable hub adapter!
