Great travel pillow! It inflates easily to whatever degree of softness you need and deflates easily to fit into a day pack, so you don't have to carry a bulky pillow around. It is quite sturdy, the material is comfortable against the skin, and because the filling is mostly air, it is lightweight and easy to carry. The shape supports the head better than many others, and it can also be used against the low back. I took it on a six-week tour all over India and was so glad I had it! The carrying case is handy for keeping it contained, clean, and protected. Excellent product!

Pillow no longer stays inflated and this was only my second trip trying to use it. Unfortunate because otherwise it was a good product.

Bought these to replace my trusty (and more expensive) Eagle Creek inflatable neck pillows. These are not scratchy but they aren't a soft fabric either. They feel a bit rough, enough to take notice of the fabric while using it but not enough to return it. In terms of function,it gets the job done. It's on the smaller size so if your head flow forward it won't catch you unlike other ones with a smaller gap in the front. When your head/neck is actually in the pillow there is a larger gap in the front, unlike the photo which shows it not in use.

The hand pump works brilliantly. It's very comfortable and easy to adjust.

It's SO nice being able to inflate/deflate the pillow, it makes traveling so much easier. I wouldn't say the pillow is any more comfortable than the standard travel pillows you buy at the airport, but the convenience is great.

Works as advertised. What I really like about it is that when I am sitting at different inclinations I want different levels of firmness in a travel pillow and it is so easy to do that with this inflatable pillow. I love it!

This is a pretty comfortable travel pillow. I used it on a trip to Europe and it worked fine. It is fairly compact & nice looking.. Cover could be softer, but other than that it inflates and deflates well. I especially liked how I could adjust the air inside it for my sleep position with it still on my neck.
