Review: Finally a left handed carver! - I love this thing! But be careful. Right out of the packaging, it's super sharp. So sharp you don't know you've been cut until you feel wet. The blades are stiff to open at first. But definitely worth having.

These are my EDC knives. They come sharp, and the stay sharp. I strop them about every three days or so on an 18" leather strop. I love everything about these knives.

**Q: Which strop does this come with? I assume it isnt the slipstrop.**
A: It comes with a small strop that has curves and valleys in it to sharpen the curved blade and gouges, and small flat leather strip. Have no idea if it has a name.

I love flexcut knives, for me they are the standard of wood carving accessories. It has to be as good or better than flexcut for me to purchase. Personally I do recommend that you get the opposite of your dominant hand, meaning right handed people get the left handed jack, and left handed get the right handed jack. The reason being that the scorps and hook knives will then be facing away from you when you’re using it. I got an INCREDIBLE deal from gritr so I’m quite pleased with my purchase.
