Great piece of kit!
The product works as advertised. I have used it in several indoor locations and didn't have too much of an issue with walls.

Do not expect 500 ft. It's false advertising
Just an FYI to everyone out there. I purchased the Bolt 300 and it was terrible. Lost signal and took way too long to reconnect. What's worse is the advertised distance of 300 feet is false advertising. In speaking with Teradek, they sent me a Bolt 500 to try out. Same issue. Basically the Bolt 500 (Rated 500 ft) doesn't get more than 200-250 ft (my bolt 300 didn't get more than 150ft on a good day). I testing outside with line of sight and in a remote area with minimal to no RF.In speaking with Teradek, they basically said, "oh, well, that distance is if we expose the antennas and not have the plastic housing on the Tx and Rx." What? Also, that "testing" of 500 ft is basically an image for a split second. So sure, optimal conditions, and modifications by breaking open the housing to expose the inside antennas, with no people in the way and no other rf, sure, theoretically you could get the actual advertised distance.Bottomline, just advertise what your sustainable range is and stop lying about the distance you actually get.
