My armpits were getting irritated from deodorants, even "natural" ones, so I decided to make my own. I'm using primarily milk of magnesia per my dermatologist recommendation, and these guys are the vehicle I put the liquid/goop in. After about 6 months I'm very pleased with them, they work fine, I've been refilling the same one, so I still have the others as extras if it eventually breaks. The last DIY deodorant rollers I bought on Amazon you had to snap the ball in after filling it, which was fine, but I didn't realize you couldn't get the ball out! They were basically disposable, which was a waste of money. The screw top on these is great and convenient. Worth the money, and pay for themselves after filling a few times instead of store-bought deo.

I purchased these for magnesium oil, which is very thin. The liquid comes out quite quicky, so much so that it drips. Maybe a more viscous liquid would work better. They still function, just not ideally. The pro to this is that the oil is quickly and generously applied.I love that they are refillable.

Great deal for roller bottles. They will leak if you turn them upside down, so just shake the bottle and I'm careful not to tip them over as I apply. I used these with milk of magnesium for deodorant.

I use it with magnesium oil for deodorant and general application on the skin. It is not leak-proof, but that can be very simply mitigated by not excessively tipping the bottle when applying as deodorant, or by tipping it into the palm of your hand to apply elsewhere on your skin. I find these roll on bottles to be much more convenient than using a dropper bottle, or spray bottles that quickly clogged up.

Don't waste your money on these. They leak like crazy. You slight them even slightly when full and the contents leak everywhere. I tried liquid and then gel. Both leak. Very disappointed.

Great size, makes putting oils on hard to reach spots a cinch.
