I bought this knee sleeves mainly for running and hiking outdoors. This is my first time ever buying and using a knee sleeve, so was not sure which to get but decided to go with these. In first glance, the listing description was very accurate.Upon testing it out on a run, I can tell that these sleeves are made of good material and it really does warm up my knee, making it less painful and more comfortable during my run. Although I have not tried other sleeves, but I think these are as good, if not better than others.

This is a good pair of knee sleeves if you do not have any serious knee injuries or pain. I have a bad knee, and I would personally prefer a sleeve with stronger support, however it's also usually very uncomfortable wearing those for extended period of times (more than 1 hour). These however are comfortable and provide sufficient support if you do not have a serious injury, or only meant to use it as a precautionary (IMHO).The sleeves come at a bargain especially since it's a pair. It also comes with a small bag which is a great plus as these sleeves usually end up sweaty after a long use.

Really great product and well made. Bought it for my Dad who has a sore knee and these sleeves really do a good job keeping the muscles warm. The pressure is excellent and the sleeves are very comfortable. Highly recommend.

I've been doing Crossfit for a couple of years now and realized that my knees has started feeling sore over time. I did some research and found that knee sleeves may be the way to go for me to reduce stress on the knees. I found these on amazon and have been using them the past week. Overall, it's great! This is my first time wearing knee sleeves so I can't compare with other brands but these work perfectly fine for me. My knee stays warm and I feel that it provides stability for my workout. It is tight enough to provide adequate compression and yet not to tight to a point where it hurts. It is very comfortable and fits great. Comes with a pouch too! No regrets! The only possible issue is the lack of color choices—more variety would be better!

The knee sleeves were great and perfect for what i needed to work out and run. The knee sleeves provide excellent support and definitely alleviates my fears of twisting or blowing out my knee. Highly recommended for protection.

I just got these in and the first thing that I noticed is the level of thickness. It was just right. It's not so thin that it barely offers any support, and it's not so thick that you have trouble moving.I found that these are really useful when I am doing long walks with a weighted vest or backpack, since after a while the knees will start to feel uncomfortable without the sleeves. Overall very satisfied !

I just bought them, and these knee sleeves are fantastic. My knee feels secure when I wear them, and they aren't made out of cheap fabric. So definitely recommend!

I bought these last week because of knee pain that I was experiencing after running. After just a couple uses my knee pain is almost gone! 7mm is the perfect thickness to allow me to keep running while still providing tons of support.
