Can this be used in a porta potty to get rid of standing urine in the potty?

Fresh Drop is intended to hide some of the potty stink. It's not going to get rid of standing urine. I think the porta potty companies pour a chemical (may be like fresh drop) that neutralizes odors. You shouldn't need to add anything else.

What size is the bottle?

Very small, about 1-1/2" high x 1" wide x 3/4" thick. Doesn't take up much room in my purse. A drop will do it.
