Not Yet Paperback – May 30, 2017

My third grade class loved this book with it's motivational words and soft colorful illustrations. As a teacher, the message is so important. You may not be able to do what you want to do yet, but if you work at it you can reach your goals. I love how the end of the book has blank pages for the owner of the book to place their dreams in to become part of the message of the story. It's a simple story that drives the point home. If you visit the author's blog with an easy google search, you can watch a trailer of the book. I highly recommend this book for all teachers to share with their classes.

I bought this book to use in my classroom. I absolutely loved the message and the rich conversation we were able to have about the book and the power of our thoughts/words. We also spoke about how there may be times where the environment or people around us doesn’t affirm a growth mindset but it’s important to keep believing in yourself. The class loved it!

This is a great book. I bought this for my 6 year old who is too hard on herself when she’s not perfect. We love it.

This is a wonderful book! I work with a non-profit that works with school children, 1st -3rd grade, one-to-one. "Not Yet" is a phrase we use with our students all of the time. We believe in positive reinforcement and encouraging our students that they may not know it "yet", but they "will".

So good for my kids and family.

I ordered some books last night using my prime Membership and one of the books arrived damaged next next day. I am an educator and a book lover and I am sad with the state of the book.
