This is another one of my wife's purchases for someone else. I wish we'd had these in the 80s and 90s when my kids were born. They were some hairy newborns. There wasn't a square inch on those kids that wasn't covered in hair - not that fine soft downy type stuff you see on kids now, nope, my kids were covered in course black badger hair. "oh, he's so cute, look at all that hair" as they'd pull the blanket back further and further, "he's so . . . (my gosh Ethel, is that normal? Did you see what Nancy Regan wore last night?)" If those kids were born today, we'd be rich doing ads for the Dollar Shave Club. Yeah, life might have been different with our darling little Yeti brood if we'd had a nice 4 piece Baby Hair Brush Set with the cradle cap thing. We had to go to PetSmart for our kids. But, it all worked out. I'm proud of the whole litter.

I got this baby brush set for my sister who is expecting her first child next month. I can't wait for her to be able to use these on her little one, I really like them!I love that these are made out of wood. They feel very solid! I tried bending the comb, applying pressure to make sure it would hold up and it did! It barley bowed from the pressure. The bristles on the soft hairbrush is actually very soft! They don't necessarily look like they will be, but they are. I want to just pet it all day! The massage hairbrush is also very sturdy. I tugged and pulled on the wooden bristles to make sure they would stay in place and they did. The silicone scalp brush is very soft as well. I expected it to be a bit rougher, but the tiny bristles on it feel quite nice on the skin.I can't wait for my sister to be able to use this set on her son. I have tried to find faults before giving it to her and thankfully couldn't find any. We'll when the baby comes.

Y'all, I purchased this set for my kids because we were in need of good, quality hairbeueshes for them. And that's exactly what we got!!!! This set is PERFECT for kids/babies. Absolutely love it!This neat little box set comes with a silicone scalp brush, a super soft goat hair brush, a wooden comb, and massage hairbrush.I have a 2.5yo and a 8mo. Goats hair brush is PERFECT for my little girl because she barely has any hair and it's soft for her little head. I use the comb or massage hair brush for my son. The silicone scalp brush is best used in my opinion when shampooing, that my tiny doesn't have any scalp issues so I cannot judge that part (but I'm sure it would be amazing for!) My son absolutely loves to play with the box, it's the perfect size to fit the brushes and doesn't take up much room.I highly recommend this set! Would be PERFECT for newborns, toddlers, kids, whoever!!!!!

I really love this set! First off, the packaging is so nice and cute. This could make a great gift. The soft brush bristles did shed at first but I read that it should stop shedding after initial use and mine did. The massaging brush is my favorite. I used it on my own hair to test it and it got all tangles out with ease and barely any pain. My son loves it. I like the comb. I use it to part my sons hair. I haven't used the silicone scrubber because my son's hair is too thick to have cradle cap anymore. All in all this is a great set. The quality is superb. I would recommend this product and will probably purchase as a gift for someone having a baby.

I think this is a completely functional product, however I feel it fell a little short in the details. I ordered this as one of the things left on my registry for baby #2. I really liked that it seemed to have everything you needed to grow with baby from new born to toddler. The main reason I felt I couldnt give this product 5 or even 4 stars was due to the fact it is very much marketed as a perfect gift and had I bought this to give as a gift I wouldnt have been nearly as happy. The box although intact was dirty looking and had scratches. Once I opened the box the individual pieces were solid and in no way damaged, but the brush just looked scraggly. It had very wild and uneven bristles. I roughly ran my fingers through it and there is no shed so its fine, it just doesnt look as clean and polished as it should. The cradle cap brush again just looked dirty, I will wash it and again it will be perfectly fine, but who wants to give a gift that looks dirty or rough around the edges. Regardless it seems like a solid and completely functional product, just one that could be much better if more attention was paid to the little details.

I have only use the silicone scalp and the goat brush so far. My only concern is that the hair are falling out of the brush and I am not sure how long the brush is going to last before I might have to get a new one. In the comb I have noticed there are some wooden splinters. Other than that everything else seems great.

I got this set for my 7 month old son who has had long hair since his birth! This is a great set. I love all the products. I can even use it on my 3 year old boy. The comb is nice and sturdy, great to use to straighten out my boys hair. The goat hair brush is very soft and easy to use on his hair as well. The comb can be a bit rough on the baby but the goat hair brush is great. The bigger brush with the wooden prongs I use on my 3 year old. He has coarse, thick hair and it is sometimes hard to comb but this brush does wonders for him. I have not been able to use the scalp brush, but I am saving it in case we ever have a baby with no hair. Overall, a very nice set.

My granddaughter is 8 months old and has a full head of beautiful dark brown hair! This set is a beautiful keepsake, and yet functional too. She loves to have her scalp massaged and her hair looks so silky after we brush it with the natural bristles. She loves it. Most baby brushes are too soft, and more for babies with little or no hair. This one is firm enough that it actually does brush her hair, yet doesn't hurt her sensitive scalp. It would make a beautiful shower gift or even a first birthday gift for a baby who doesn't have as much hair when they're born. It comes in lovely packaging too. I highly recommend.
