AVG Internet Security 2019, Unlimited Devices, 1 Year [Key Card]

The product froze my computer when I tried to install it. AVG Tech Support installed it after I agreed to spend an additional $79 to clean up my computer , which they dropped from $100 + dollars.. After cleaning it, they informed me that the computer was too old. Which, I said myself prior to the clean up, and was going to accept my loss and just not use the computer anymore. The lady said, since your identity has been compromised I really want to help you. I didn't have money and told her I would just wait and buy and new computer. She got the cost lowered. I skipped other bills thinking she was going to be the tech since she made it seem as the the computer was worth cleaning. After paying the $79, another tech cleaned up the computer and informed me that I had paid for a 2 yr subscription to AVG. I insisted that I only purchased a 1 year subscription from AMAZON. He said, you may have purchased it from another party, but you purchased a 2 year subscription. That I don't understand. He further stated that the computer didn't have enough memory for the Windows 10 Operating System it was operating under. Since he knew that, he should have informed me of that beforehand. I used the computer that day. It froze again and AVG had uninstalled my home alarm app. I called them to reinstall it. Then the computer froze again and I called them again and was told since they gave me a discount cleaning up my computer, they wouldn't help me again. I feel deceived and defrauded by AVG. I wasted a lot of money on their their product. The browser freezes a lot.

Can't get it to work on more than one computer

I would not use any other product on my electronics other than AVG. It adds what is necessary and updates automatically when set properly. It does not add unnecessary crap to your system. I have used AVG for at least 9 years and would not trade it for the world! I will be purchasing the tune up and optimizers.

This product does not have all the futures.such as web protection and other important application that can fully protect the PC.

Didn't work well with Windows 10. Would not shut off Windows defender. They don't play well togeather.

Didn't expect advertising after I downloaded the pay version. Irritated.

The instructions above how to activate this product are clear but try to do is another history. I used a lot of this kind of software but this is more difficult to try to activate the key. I do not recommend AVG.

Absolutely necessary in this day and age. With all the hacking and big company losing millions of customer's data you need to protect yourself.
