They dissolve very quickly, thus enters your system much sooner than the standard pill. The fast dissolve are made in 1, 3, 5 and 10 mg. Also, Melatonin is made as gummies. When my grand kids are super hyper & restless, their mom who is a doctor, gives them a low dose gummie. They sleep all night, and are so much more refreshed in the morning. But fast dissolve would be my recommendation for adults; if you don’t do well swallowing pills. **Q: How big are these tabs?
