★ About The Hair 1. This product is made of 100% Brazilian virgin human hair, very soft and silky. 2. It is body wave style, you can make it to straight or curly style. 3. It has machine made double weft to avoid shedding. 4. We use healthy hair material and dye to make ombre color and various style. 5. The color might look a little different in different monitor, please understand. 6. Straight, Body Wave, Deep Wave, Loose Wave can be provided. 7. This human hair is durable, it lasts more than 6 months with proper care. ★ General Question Q. Can it be dyed and curled? A. Human hair can be dyed and curled. As ombre hair has been colored already, we don't suggest you dye it again. You can still restyle human hair, under 300℉ is better, too high temperature will shorten hair life. Q. How long will it take to arrive? A. We use DHL ship to you, it only takes 3-5 workdays to arrive. Q. Will the hair shed? A. There might be some short pieces that are not attached to the weft, so when you first comb it or wash it, it will go out. That's not real shed. The wefts are double drawn machine weft to prevent possible shedding, if you have to cut the weft to adjust the hair volume for your install, pls make sure to seal the edges of the wefts so it won't shed. Q. Will the hair tangle? A. Hair can get tangled because it's too dry or gathering too much of dust and other stuff. Please wash and condition the hair at least once a week to avoid tangle. ★ Return & Exchange Policy 15-Day no reason return accepted. If you want to change the size, style and color, we accept exchange. The hair should be new without any damage and buyer need pay the return fee. If we shipped out the wrong size or style, we accept return and stand the return fee.
