I have had neck pain for years and had been going to a chiropractor for relief. I eventually sought out further medical treatment & discovered I have bulging discs in my neck. I was not wanting to continue chiropractic treatment for fear of further damage but needed relief from the pain. This thing was AMAZING!!! Definitely read directions carefully for positioning and speak to your doctor but for me, I feel great relief when using it for short periods of time daily.

I hope this works in long run I do it each night laying on floor saying night to our dog

Loving the extra stretch to my neck and cervical pain is going away

It isn't exactly hard plastic, like a counterto, but nearly so. Very firm. Will do the job but certainly not relaxing.
